Shipping + Returns

By placing an order through this website, you are agreeing to the terms below. 

 

SHIPPING 

Please double check that you enter your shipping information correctly at checkout as I am unable to redirect orders once they have been dispatched. I am not liable if you enter the wrong address at checkout.  

  • Original Artwork: All original artwork is carefully packaged by me and then shipped via USPS or UPS depending on the size, weight, and destination of your order. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped. If ordering outside the United States, you must contact me to request a shipping quote. Please include your delivery address and the title of the piece you are interested in purchasing. Once you approve the shipping amount, I will send you a PayPal invoice for the total price of the artwork and shipping cost—this must be paid in full before your order is shipped.

  • Books:Because customers order directly through Blurb.com, I do not receive any of your personal, shipping, or tracking information. If you have any issues or questions about your order, you will need to contact Blurb.com directly. 

 

SHIPPING TIMES 

Please note that I do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or nationally-observed U.S. holidays. I cannot be held responsible for any delays in the postal service and cannot guarantee shipping times as they are merely an estimation.  

  • Original Artwork: Please allow 5-10 business days for your order to be shipped, and an additional 7-10 business days for delivery within the USA. I cannot estimate the arrival time of international orders, as they can be unpredictable and lengthy.  I am not responsible for delays due to customs.

  • Books:Please see Blurb.com for shipping times. 

 

SHIPPING COST 

  • Original Artwork: Free shipping within the USA. All orders outside of the USA must request a shipping quote.

  • Books: Please see Blurb.com for shipping costs. 

 

ADDITIONAL FEES 

  • Original Artwork: Before making a purchase, please note that any customs charges, import duties, local sales tax, or any other fees incurred on arrival in the destination country are your (the buyer's) responsibility. I am not responsible for delays due to customs. If you refuse to pay these additional fees upon arrival, your order will be returned to the seller at your expense. Once the order is returned to me, you will receive a refund of your purchase price less a 10% restocking fee and all shipping costs (including initial shipping and return shipping). Buyers are responsible for any customs, VAT, and import taxes that may apply. I am not responsible for delays due to customs.

  • Books: Please see Blurb.com for shipping costs. 

 

DAMAGED IN TRANSIT 

  • Original Artwork: If your order arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact me immediately with photos of the damaged packaging and artwork, and I will work with you to fix the problem. 

  • Books: Because customers order directly through Blurb.com, I do not receive any of your personal, shipping, or tracking information. If you have any issues or questions about your order, you will need to contact Blurb.com directly. 

 

FAILED DELIVERY 

  • Original Artwork: If your package has been returned to me due to an attempted or failed delivery, you will be required to pay the cost of re-delivery. 

  • Books: Because customers order directly through Blurb.com, I do not receive any of your personal, shipping, or tracking information. If you have any issues or questions about your order, you will need to contact Blurb.com directly. 

 

LOST OR STOLEN ITEMS 

  • Original Artwork: Please note that both the customer and seller have access to the same tracking information. Although most "lost" orders are simply delayed and eventually recovered, I will do my best to assist you. I am not responsible for orders once the order is shipped. If the tracking number provided by the carrier indicates that your order was delivered, please verify that the delivery address you entered was correct. If you believe that your order was stolen, you must contact the shipping service directly to file a claim.

RETURNS 

  • Original Artwork: All sales are final. Please carefully read product descriptions before you purchase. I take great care to accurately photograph and list my artwork. Please note that colors may vary slightly from what you see pictured due to your monitor’s settings. 

  • Books: Please see Blurb.com for their return policy.
