Stretching Toward the Sun

A few years back, I planted a Rudbeckia Herbstsonne in an area of my garden where I felt would receive enough sun to thrive. Although it took off, filling the flower bed with an abundance of yellow blooms, the entire plant leaned at an extreme 40-degree angle as its long, wild stems stretched toward the sun.
