Original Artwork: I accept payment through PayPal.
Books: sold directly through Blurb.com. Please refer to Blurb.com for their payment options.

PACKAGING + SHIPPING

Original Artwork: packaged by me and shipped through USPS or UPS.
Books: packaged and shipped through Blurb.com. Please refer to Blurb.com for their shipping policy.

RETURNS

Original Artwork: Returns, refunds, and exchanges are not accepted. If your order arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact me immediately with photos of the damaged packaging and artwork, and I will work with you to fix the problem. For more information, please read my shipping and returns policy.
Books: Please refer to Blurb.com for their return policy.

LISTING

Original Artwork: Great care is taken to accurately photograph my original artwork; however, colors may vary slightly from what you see pictured due to your monitor settings.
Books: Because book orders are printed on demand, colors may vary slightly each time an order is placed.

SOLD “AS IS”

Original Artwork: I only use products claimed to be lightfast by the manufacturer specifically in hopes that my artwork will last a lifetime; however, I do not claim to have any kind of warranty on my artwork. Original paintings and any other products I offer are sold “as is.” However, there are things you can do to protect your investment, such as keeping artwork out of direct sunlight and framing it behind glass. I suggest matting or professionally float mounting the artwork so it is not in direct contact with the glass. I do not varnish my work.

All artwork, images, and publications are the sole property of Michelle Lewis and are held under copyright even after purchase. Only Michelle Lewis has the right to sell and make reproductions of any and all artwork and publications she creates. The collector has the right to display the artwork in their home or business. Artwork and publication may not be resold or reproduced for profit in any way without the artist's written permission. If sharing the artwork in photos on social media, please tag @MichelleLewis.Studio.

I will never sell your personal information. I never share my customers’ or subscribers’ information with anyone.

Original Artwork: Because I accept payment through PayPal, I do not personally receive your credit/debit card information. The only information I collect is your name, email, postage/billing address, and phone number so that your purchased order can be fulfilled.
